Various types of 3d lettering
3D lettering signs are generally made from acrylic, stainless steel, polystyrene, and aluminium. They can be made to suit different colours and brand identities. We have a team of 3d sign designers that can talk to you about what style of signs will be best for your company. In addition, the lighting you choose can affect the look of your sign, and we can show you what the different variations will look like. The lighting options include halo lighting, embedded lighting, and others.
3D Stainless Steel of Aluminium Letters on Pins
Stainless steel and aluminium letters are versatile as they can be painted, anodized, or electroplated according to your needs and design. These signs are brilliant for internal or external applications. All stainless steel and aluminium letters are laser cut to ensure precision. Then pins are welded to the back of the sign. The pins are there to make sure the sign stands on the mounting surface. The pins can be embedded into the wall and then secured with epoxy.
3D Intracut Sign
An intracut sign is cut using our precision router from a 6-25mm opal acrylic sheet. Then we’ll either use cast vinyl (for solid colours) or digitally printed media (for logos, etc.) on the face of the letters. After that, the letters are pushed through using a negative cut and then illuminated from the rear. These signs are ideal for retail, outside buildings, reception areas, or offices.
3D Channel Letters with Halo LED Illumination
These signs can be produced in a variety of colours using RGB LEDs. The sign is made from aluminium and acrylic, and the rear panel is made of clear opal acrylic to diffuse the light and provide the halo effect. The mounting used on these signs will depend on where they are installed. As the unit is sealed, it will be protected from the weather and any insects, making it suitable for outdoor use.
25mm Plexiglass 3D Letters
Used primarily for wall-mounted signs or suspended on frames, these signs can be used internally or externally. Signs made from 25mm plexiglass are routed to your specifications. The rear of the sign has a channel and illuminates via mini-LEDs.
