Our Process

Choose your product

1. Choose your products

Visit our product page (in our top menu bar) to find the products you are looking for.

Place your order

2. Place your order

Place your order by clicking the checkout button at the top right.

Upload your Artwork

3. Artwork

Upload your artwork upto 100mb. If your artwork is larger email us.

Make Payment

4. Payment

Pay online for your order through our PCI compliant secured gateway via STRIPE.

Proofing

5. Proofing

Our artwork team will email you a digital proof for approval prior to production.

Production

6. Production

The following day after signing off on your artwork, your job is released into production.

Completion

Once the order is complete our dispatch co-ordinator will organise a courier for your order along with a tracking number via email.

1. Choose your products

Choose your product

Visit our product page (in our top menu bar) to find the products you are looking for.  Once you have found the product(s) simply click on them to view more information, photos and most importantly pricing.

2. Place your order

Choose your product

Once you have added all of the signage you require to your cart, you can checkout by clicking the checkout button at the top right hand side of the page.

Once you complete your details on the checkout page and submit the order, you will be taken to a confirmation page. On this page you can click a link to upload any artwork files and add notes to the order

3. Artwork

Choose your product

If you are not ready to provide your artwork files immediately that’s no problem at all. At the time of submitting your order an email will also be sent to you with a link to come back and do this later.

If you are providing your print ready artwork files (Artwork Specifications can be found under the ‘Designer’ section on the bottom left of each product page) you can upload to 100mb.  Larger files can be sent using wetransfer.com

4. Payment

You can make payment via our STRIPE PCI Compliant gateway, www.stripe.com a TAX receipt will be emailed to you

5. Proofing

Choose your product

Our artwork team will email you a digital proof for your approval prior to going to production. We will not start production on any signage until the artwork is signed off, this includes repeat orders.

6. Production

Choose your product

The following working day after signing off on your artwork, your job is released into production. This is day 1 of our quoted production time.  Each product has a different production time that is based on the processes and complexity of producing it. You can find the production times on each product page.

7. Completion

Choose your product

Once your order is complete, our dispatch co-ordinator will place your order with our courier and you will be sent an email confirmation with courier tracking number.
